**What We’re Looking For:**
- Current RN license in California and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience in perioperative services and 1 plus years in a nurse manager or supervisor leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for team development, and patient care excellence.
