## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will oversee the nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure high-quality services are provided.
## Duties
- Manage and supervise nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care plans and assessments
- Competent in Perioperative Nursing including all three phases of care
- Utilize software for patient records and scheduling
- Provide family planning guidance and support
- Assist with discharge planning and transitions of care
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in patient assessment and care management
- Strong knowledge of occupational health practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Pay: $119,635.00 - $126,443.00 per year
