Clementine Briarcliff located in Briarcliff Manor is a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.
At Clementine, we support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of an eating disorder. We provide empathy, education, and support to families as partners in the recovery process. We help each adolescent to replace the eating disorder with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their own unique individuality.
We are seeking an Interim Nurse Manager to lead the Nursing team. This position is set to last up to 6 months
Pay range: $95,000-$115,000

Responsibilities Include::Overseeing the operations and functioning of the facility relating to nursing, medications, and medical treatment
Scheduling, supervising, and developing nursing staff
Providing in-service training and education to staff and clients
Maintaining medical safety standards
Overseeing client care plans and the administration of client medications
Serving as a liaison between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients
The Nurse Manager position is scheduled to work Monday-Friday, during normal business hours. Applicants should also be able to work on-call as needed.
BSN from an accredited school of nursing, and current RN licensure
Previous experience managing nursing operations, either in a residential or hospital eating disorder setting, is preferred
Excellent communication, patient relations, and time management skills; safety awareness; and the ability to work as a member of a treatment team are all required
