Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services in accordance with Nurse Practitioner protocol.
- Conduct regular health assessments, including physical examinations and health history analysis.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
- Promote health and disease prevention within the workplace, including conducting health education seminars.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection regulations.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments, treatments, and health advice to provide high-quality care.
- Participate in wellness initiatives within the organization, such as health screenings, flu shot campaigns, and wellness fairs.
Qualifications:
Can be either a NP, PA or APRN.
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in Women's Health.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
- High level of professionalism and adherence to ethical guidelines.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
- Willingness to keep abreast of advancements in the field of nursing and healthcare.
- Ability to handle a high level of stress and to manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for promoting health and wellness within the workplace.
