The MinuteClinic NursePractitioner delivers defined patient care services in a retail clinicenvironment. You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team ofprofessionals as you independently provide holistic, evidenced based careinclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of healthproblems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients rangingin age 18 months and above. Care is documented via computerized electronichealth record. This position reports directly to the Senior PracticeManager.MinuteClinic is a division of Health. Duties  

Family Nurse Practitionerresponsibilities include: Patient-Centered Quality and Safety: Educate patientson maintaining proper health to influence quality outcomes. Evaluate, makerecommendations, co-manage and treat patients\' medical needs for safe andhigh-quality treatment. Document all patient care within an electronic healthrecord. Help develop Patient Centered Practice Teams. Respond to patient careinquiries throughout the day Customer Service Excellence: Increase patientengagement and satisfaction through integration of feedback from patients,management, and professional colleagues. Maintain all levels of communication.Healthcare Environment Management: Resolve conflict using appropriatemanagement techniques. Cultivate relationships among practice employees andretail store colleagues. Balance priorities to manage patient care and needs.Manage clinical and non-clinical tasks. Adapt to new models of patient care forclinic efficiency. Demonstrate core values of HealthMinuteClinic in all communications and interactions. Help withhiring and development of Practice employees. Enhance operational effectiveness,emphasizing cost containment without jeopardizing important innovation orquality of care. Validates insurance coverage and incorporates knowledge intocare plan

Experience       

All NP resumes must have thecompleted candidate questionnaire attached. 1%2B year of professional experienceas a Family Nurse Practitioner. Application for DEA is required at time ofoffer.

Education         

Completion of a Masters Degreelevel Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National BoardCertification and State of Employment license to practice in the AdvancedPractice Nurse role required.
