Education:

• BSN, MSN preferred with current licensure.
• Minimum of three years of professional nursing experience in a clinical setting plus two years of nurse practitioner experience.

Job Summary:

Work as a Nurse Practitioner performing duties in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the State of Indiana and the employee agreement.
