Nurse Practitioner - Full or Part-time - Meridian HealthCare

Due to continued growth, Meridian HealthCare is looking for a FULL-TIME or PART-TIMENURSE PRACTITIONER to join a supportive team that provides traditional, patient-centered care, focused on treating the whole person. We address the patients' physical health, behavioral health, and social needs.

Qualifications:

• Licensed by the State of Ohio as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP)
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration/Certification or obtain once hired.
