Nurse Practitioner - Judge Group

Schedule: At least 2-3 days a week & 10-15 total visits

Compensation: $100 per assessment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home health risk assessments
• Conducting wellness exams, A1C testing, and using a portable eye camera.
  
• Document patient encounters in EMR system
• Educate patients on chronic conditions, preventative care, and medication adherence
• Collaborate with supervising physician and healthcare team
• Participate in clinical meetings and trainings

Qualifications:

• Family NP required (Adult NP considered if no pediatric patients will be seen)
• Board certified by ANCC or AANP
• Active/unrestricted NP license in practicing state
• Proficiency with MS Office and various computer applications
• Must have own car with adequate insurance
• Home internet connection required
