Requirements:

• Master's Degree and/or Doctorate in Nursing - REQUIRED
• APRN National Specialty Certification - Board Certified NNP (cannot accept FNP PNP or any other NP certifications) (by time of start) - REQUIRED
• GA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Provider must be willing to travel to all 3 locations: Piedmont Atlanta (downtown) Piedmont Henry (Stockbridge GA) and Piedmont Fayette (Fayetteville GA) (note in Additional Submission Details field) - REQUIRED (NO EXCEPTIONS)
