Titan Placement Group is searching for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Cincinnati, Ohio.

This position is with a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization that focuses on delivering comprehensive care to seniors. The organization’s mission is to honor seniors with affordable VIP care that delivers better health, ensuring that patients receive top-tier support, including free transportation services.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: $140,000
• Bonus: Up to $10,000 in the first year, with increases available as a partner
• Paid Time Off
• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and supplemental plans for providers and their families
• 401(k) with 5.5% match

Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM)
• Patient Load: Average of 18 patients per day
• Patient Panel: Small, capped at 450 patients
• Work/Life Balance: No nights or weekends; 100% outpatient
• Administrative time included in schedule
• Dedicated care and support team, including a personal MA and scheduler
• Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic conditions
• Focus: Value-based care

Clinic Highlights:

• In-house consulting specialists in Cardiology, Podiatry, and more
• Holistic health services including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition
• Door-to-door transportation for patients

Requirements:

• Valid NP license in the state of Ohio
• 2 Years Outpatient Experience
• Experience with senior patient care and chronic disease management preferred
