Salary and Benefits:
- Above market compensation: Earn over $135k
- Base salary: $125,000 - $130,000 plus 10% of base as bonus
- Bonus Metrics Based on: Hospital Sick Days, Hedis, Customer Satisfaction, Alignment to Values

Responsibilities:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Manage a patient panel of up to 650 individuals
- See an average of 10-12 patients per day
- Newly built, state-of-the-art clinic facilities
- Utilize an advanced, cloud-based electronic health record system
- Provide outpatient care
Requirements:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP), APRN, AGNP, or CNP
- Geriatric experience is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care outpatient setting
- Experience with knee and shoulder injections, skin biopsies, and suturing Required
