About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our team in Hollywood, FL. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a large Level IV NICU, as well as two Level III units within the healthcare system. The NNP will rotate between three hospitals, all located within a 20-30 minute driving distance of each other. The Level IV NICU provides a range of shift options, including 10- or 12-hour day shifts and 12- or 16-hour night shifts. In the Level III units, 24-hour shifts are required.
The responsibilities include providing comprehensive care to neonates in critical conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care, and managing treatment plans for neonates in both Level III and Level IV NICUs. The role is pivotal in ensuring that neonates receive the best possible outcomes during their stay.

Requirements:
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Nursing .
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) – REQUIRED. (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications will not be accepted).
- Active Florida license or in progress.
- Minimum of 2+ years of employment experience as an NNP.
