Up to $32,000 internal bonus for 3 years commitment and based on FTE
Up to $50,000 available to individuals outside of Yolo county, Solano County, and PHPs remaining 22 counties.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current CA license; valid DEA; CPR/ACLS/BLS
- Willingness to provide prenatal care up to 36 weeks, preferred
- Strong leadership skills and dedication to serving community healthcare
- Bilingual fluency or medical knowledge in English/Spanish, preferred
