Nurse Practitioner(NP) - ADECCO

Adecco Healthcare & Lifesciences Is looking to hire an experienced Nurse Practitioner for their client in Sanjose ,CA location . 

Position: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay Range: $150,000 - $180,000/Annually

Position Overview:
Under the direction and supervision of a physician, the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant provides professional medical services to  patients, with a focus on comprehensive healthcare, including geriatric care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct accurate assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
Prescribe and dispense medications.
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
Check vital signs, conduct physical exams, and review patient case histories.
Provide continuing and comprehensive healthcare, including preventive care and behavioral health services.
Educate patients on disease processes, medications, prevention, and compliance.
Consult with and refer patients to affiliated subspecialists.
Work as part of an integrated care team and collaborate with behavioral health colleagues.
Participate in on-call after-hours rotation.
Document and maintain clinical records according to appropriate standards and regulations.
Participate in team meetings and clinical quality improvement processes, including peer reviews and health outcomes reporting.
Provide coverage for other clinicians as needed.
Complete additional duties and related projects as assigned.
Requirements:

Experience with geriatric patients is required.

Pay Details: $140.00 to $180.00 per year
