Position: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Part time)

Job Summary:

As our Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be assigned to a skilled nursing facility to treat geriatric patients for their primary care needs.
You will be responsible for primary care for independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing residents at a clinic on the campus.
The ideal candidate will maintain a strong relationship with the client facility, patients and family members.
Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required as well as the desire to be a part of a team that functions at the highest level.
Your duties will include collaboration with administration, nursing, therapy, and families as well as preventative care.
The selected candidate will always put the patient and facility first.

Job Details:

Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: $65 - $80
Medical Specialties: Primary Care
Standard Shift: Day shift
Weekly Schedule: Three days per Monday through Friday with flexible hours and no weekends
Ability to Commute/Relocate: The position is located in Easton, MD, candidates must be able to commute or relocate to this location
Work Location: Skilled Nursing Facility
