Job Summary:
As our full-time Primary Care nurse practitioner, you will be assigned to skilled nursing facilities (SNF) near in Towson, MD to treat geriatric patients for their Primary Care needs. You will be responsible for Primary Care throughout the SNF and maintain a strong relationship with the client. Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required as well as the desire to be a part of a team that functions at the highest level. Your duties will include collaboration with administration, nursing, therapy, and families as well as preventative care. The ideal candidate will always put the patient and facility first.

Compensation:
- Extremely competitive hourly salary of $110,000- $140,000 annually.

Job Details:
