QuadMed is looking for an Occupational Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team providing care to Hemlock Semiconductor employees and dependents located in Hemlock, MI. Schedule: PRN/ As-Needed role
Job Requirements:
+ The successful candidate will have completed a Master’s Degree level Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university.
+ At least three years’ experience in occupational health or a related field required
+ Phlebotomy experience, may be required at times

+ Outpatient only with preventative medicine focus
+ Work-life balance/realistic patient panel size of up to 10 patients per day
+ Average 40 minute patient appointment times
