About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider in our primary care clinic, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will see approximately 24 patients per day for annual wellness checks, identification and treatment of chronic conditions, diagnostic testing, laboratory services and immunizations.

• You will practice at Centennial Center clinic
• Your hours will be either 4 10-hour or 5 8-hour shifts during regular clinic hours of Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5:00 pm
• No call required

What youll bring:

• Unrestricted Nevada NP or PA license
• Current Nevada DEA certificate required prior to start date
• Current Nevada Pharmacy Board license required prior to start date
• Current BLS
• A minimum of two years of experience in Primary Care as an APP
