This group will be powered by 2 Physicians, 1 Advanced Practitioner, and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.

This Opportunity Offers:

• Day Shift Position, M-F 8am to 5pm
• Outpatient Clinic located at Shopping Center on E Independence near Walmart SuperCenter.
• Full-time position
• Working with senior patients 65 years or older 
• Smaller patient panel; extended patient visit times.
• Frequent patient visits for Chronic Conditions
• System-wide Epic EMR
