Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Tigard, Oregon - Praxis Health

Job Description Pacific Medical Group is a well-established primary care group with approximately 32 providers in 6 clinic sites throughout the greater Portland metropolitan area. This suburban, neighborhood clinic is deeply rooted in the community ofTigardand over the years, our care teams have provided exceptional care to several generations of families. We are seeking a dedicatedNurse Practitioner (NP)with at least 2 years experience, or aPhysician Assistant (PA)with at least 3 years experience, within an out-patient Primary Care clinic to join our team. This position is to accommodate a rapidly growing patient population, which will make it easy to quickly build a full practice. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional and individualized patient care that emphasizes preventative care while helping to manage acute and chronic medical conditions. We are looking for a NP who is comfortable with a wide range of patients from small children to geriatrics. Benefit Highlights: + Full-time ( 4 - 4.5 day workweek ) + Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000/year + Full health benefits package (health, vision, life, dental) + PTO, 401K, CME + Paid Licensure, DEA & Malpractice + Provisions for relocation + 100% outpatient + Provider autonomy with strong admin & group support + 40 min establishing appointments + Light, shared call (no hospital call) Minimum Qualifications Required Qualifications & Abilities: + Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant + Minimum 2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner within an out-patient Primary Care clinic + Minimum 3 years experience as a Physician Assistant within an out-patient Primary Care clinic + Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients + Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics + Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications + In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Respect for patient's confidentiality + Compassionate and approachable + Responsible and trustworthy + Attend work regularly and on time About Us Pacific Medical Group (https://www.pacificmedicalgroup.com/) is a well-established primary care group with 6 Primary Care clinics throughout the greater Portland metropolitan area and is part of the Praxis Health family of clinics located across the Pacific Northwest.
