Nurse Practitioner - Bay Arthritis Institute

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive patient care, diagnose and treat various medical conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories - Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections - Prescribe medications and other treatments based on patient needs - Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and treatment options - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans - Perform procedures such as wound care, suturing, and administering injections - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience: - Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner or similar role preferred - Proficiency in coding and documentation practices - Experience in infant care, memory care, workers compensation law, airway management, infection control, inhale medications, diagnostic evaluation, case management - Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and manage a wide range of medical conditions - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,706.00 - $110,000.00 per year
