Joining our dynamic team, you will work alongside a supportive group of experienced providers, nurses, and support staff in our team-based clinic while developing and managing your own patient panel. North Country Primary Care Barton/Orleans is one of two primary care practices at North Country Hospital, a critical access hospital that is recognized by NCQA as a Patient-Centered Medical Home and is also a certified Rural Health Center.
Located along the American-Canadian border in a tight-knit waterfront community, North Country Hospital is less than two hours from Montreal and less than four hours from Boston or the Maine Seacoast. Job Requirements
Completion of an accredited program for family nurse practitioners or physician assistants.
Eligible for appropriate licensing/registration in Vermont.
2-3 years of experience preferred in family practice.
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, other health care providers, and parents.
Practice guidelines will be reviewed, mutually agreed upon, and signed annually by the APRN or PA and the collaborating physician.
