100% FTE, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to both well and ill patients in an outpatient setting.
Description:
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to:
- Provide comprehensive care to both well and ill patients in an outpatient setting.
- Perform history and physical, pre-operative visits, new patient visits, follow ups, and post-operative visits.
- Develop, manage and modify treatment plans for patients with endocrine surgical and medical disorders.
- Perform procedures such as: suture removal and ultrasound.
- Treat patients with endocrine disease through multidisciplinary care by endocrinologists, endocrine surgeons, and pathologists.
- Collaborate with team members to surgically and medically manage endocrine conditions and optimize hormone production both pre-operatively and post-operatively.
Education :
Minimum -
If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum -
If Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin ANDactive board certification as a NP in Adult; Adult/Gerontology Acute Care; Adult/Gerontology Primary Care; Emergency; Family.
If Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin ANDactive PA board certification.
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
