Your Impact as a 4N Surgical RN:

As a 4N Surgical RN, you will:

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from surgery, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and individualized care plans.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to assess patients, administer medications, manage pain, and monitor for complications.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Active Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1+ years of nursing experience
• Preferred:
  • National Certification in Surgical Nursing (CNOR)
