We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner with exceptional skills and expertise to join our esteemed team at Central Maine Medical Center (CMMC) in Lewiston, Maine, where we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a supportive and fulfilling work environment!
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) acts as a crucial liaison between the Infusion Center and other prescribers while working directly with patients. The NP manages daily clinical operations, develops workflow improvements, and enhances the patient experience. Collaborating with prescribers, the NP creates and oversees care plans, identifies health changes, assesses treatment responses, and prepares for complications. The NP coordinates patient care delivery with physicians and ensures compliance with CMH policies, HIPAA, and relevant regulations.
