Nurse Practitioner Wound Care -Full Time - Korzen Health

Korzen Health is working in collaboration with Wing hospital and Healogics. We are looking to add an additional Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to the program located in the Springfield, MA. Full paid training included. You will be WCC and HBO certified with Healogics.

Scope of Practice Includes:

This opportunity includes working in our wound care clinic. This is a 100% Wound Care Center position in collaboration with Wing hospital and Healogics.

Our Wound Care Center includes:

- Full Team- Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!

- Provider will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

- Provider will average around 15-20 encounters per day, with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

-We offer advanced wound-care treatments to promote healing, including:

• Cellulitis therapy
• Compression therapy
• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• Infection management and prevention
• Wound cleaning
• Wound dressing

- EMR is EPIC/IHEAL

- Monday-Friday 8am-4pm- 40 hours a week

- No Nights, No Call, No weekends.

- Compensation Model is base salary. Plus bonus (RVU & Quality)

- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Experience Requirements:

• NC State license
• Must be a Certified Nurse Practitioner
• DEA License
• 1 year of NP experience is a must
• Must have procedure experience - simple sutures, I&D's...

Benefits Include:

• Compensation is a mixture of Solid Base Salary & Quarterly Bonus. Base+Bonus=Range of $115K-$155K/year
• This is a very busy center with income potential of 165-170K a year.
