ABOUT SPRING GLEN RETIREMENT COMMUNITY:Ideal Staff to Resident Ratio: 6 staff to 15 residents (staff composition: 1 Nurse, 5 Direct Care), nurses can focus on medical care needsHolistic Approach to Healthcare: Spring Glen staff engage with residents to provide quality social connections/interactions in addition to providing quality medical careRelaxed/Low-Stress Atmosphere: Engage in fun activities with residents in between providing nursing duties Modernized Approach/Environmental Impact: RSI uses electronic documentation and reporting (Therap) to streamline communication, enhance quality of services, and reduce paperwork/environmental impact.Quality Training/Investment in employee future: Access to well trained, knowledgeable, and supportive RN supervisors on-site and on-call promotes a healthy learning environment providing opportunities to develop and maintain nursing skills. Pay: $19/hour.
