About the Job
Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking a kindhearted and steadfast Nurse Unit Manager RN/LPN for our Dementia Unit to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility.
Each RN/LPN Unit Manager team member supports the individual needs of the elders in our care living with dementia. Through strong personal relationships and knowledgeable decision-making at the facility, we pride ourselves on obtaining an extraordinary nursing staff for our residents. The RN Unit Manager will supervise and direct nurses, staff and patients within your unit.
Some responsibilities that come with working as the RN/LPN Unit Manager...
- Complete RN/LPN assessments and documentation.
- Investigate resident accidents/incidents and update care plans with resolutions.
- Conduct wound rounds and wound care treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Oversee RN, LPN and CNA work.

Don't forget...
- An active State of Massachusetts RN/LPN license is required.
- Long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
