The iCIMS MarketPlace is a core component of our Talent Acquisition Platform (TAP) bringing together talent acquisition applications to extend our suite of product offerings to help clients win the war for talent. The Technical Lead for MarketPlace will be part of an Agile team of some of the best and brightest in the industry and will be responsible for leading the designs and development of solutions to make it easy to promote, transact and manage a variety of programs in the Marketplace. This includes continually identifying tools and platforms to improve both the buyers and seller experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
The iCIMS Platform is used by over 4500+ organizations to manage their hiring processes (applicant tracking), making it #2 by customer count within the industry, and generates over $100M in annual revenue. The Software-as-a-Service Talent Platform manages over 2 million job requisitions and 150 million candidates for our clients. Our servers easily handle up to 23 million hits per day and over 30 terabytes of data.
Responsibilities:• Technical design and implementation of new MarketPlace features and integrations between internal and external systems participating in the MarketPlace
• Develop and maintain scalable web and responsive applications
• Collaborate with agile team members on achieving Sprint deliverables and performing code reviews
• Ensure proper documentation exists for assigned MarketPlace deliverables
• Employ existing tools as well as research new tools and technologies for enabling integrations between systems within the MarketPlace
• Research and fix challenging production issues as they arise
• Proactively search for making improvements in MarketPlace modules/features
• Mentor Software Developers (I-II)
• Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS core competencies
• Minimum of 7 years software development experience with proven objected and service oriented design
• Expertise in scalable and responsive web application and service/platform integration in a JEE environment
• Advanced proficiency with Java and related JEE and integration design patterns
• Advanced proficiency in several of the following program languages/technologies; JSP, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Hibernate, Spring, SSO/SAML, JMS, JSON, SOAP, Restful Web Services; Mobile and responsive application development is a plus
• Experience with at least one of the following integration middleware such as Kafka, MuleSoft or similar standard technologies
• Prior experience in building platforms or applications for partner, vendor ecosystems will be a huge plus
• Partner with Dev Mgrs, Scrum Masters in Release and Sprint planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other technical degree or 9 years of software engineering experience
