Hello, Oak Creek Nursing in Kimberly, ID is actively looking to hire a full-time Nurse Assistant. Not yet certified? No problem! We are happy to employ you as a Nurse Assistant. During your first two months on the job, we will provide the job training and work hours needed to obtain CNA certification. We will even pay for your certification training!

Job Description:
- Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
- Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
- Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising
- Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet
- Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary
- Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Requirements:
- CNA certification or willing/able to obtain certification
- Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.
- Able to make decisions independently when warranted
- Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care
