• POSITION SUMMARY:
  • The Nursing Assistant performs various patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary to address the personal need and comfort of patients in an environment that promotes dignity and healing.
• QUALIFICATIONS:
  • EDUCATION:
    • Minimum:
      • High School graduate or equivalent education.
    • Preferred:
      • Post secondary education in health or human services.
  • 
    LICENSE:
  • 
    PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:
    • Minimum:
      • BLS certifications required through the RQI system during clinical orientation or one week from hire
      • CPI
  • 
    WORK EXPERIENCE:
    • Minimum:
      • 1-2 years customer service and/or health related experience.
  • 
    SKILLS:
    • Minimum:
      • Must demonstrate stronger interpersonal skills, Computer literacy and customer serivce/patient-centered focus.
      • Must possess a basic knowledge of healthcare and/or nursing assistant role.
      • An entry level support role requiring basic skills.
