Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Critical Care nursing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Quality Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in patient care and outcomes through evidence-based practice initiatives and performance improvement strategies.
• Staff Development: Mentor and empower your team through ongoing education, training, and performance feedback.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Required: Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or a BSN.
  • Preferred: MSN or Master's in a health care-related field.
• Experience:
  • Required: 2+ years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.
• Licensure/Certifications:
  • Required: Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice or policy.
  • Required: CPR certification.
