Nursing Home Administrator-NHA Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s programs and activities.
Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures in accordance with Local, State, and Federal regulations.
Ensure that all employees, residents, visitors, and vendors are following established facility policies and procedures.
Assist in the recruitment and selection of competent department heads, supervisors, consultants, and other auxiliary personnel.
Other duties as assigned by Regional Team.
Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations.
Must have an active NJ Nursing Home Administrator License
