Qualifications:
- Current AZ Nursing Home Administrator License (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration
- Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and policies
- Exceptional communication, management, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all staff, including hiring, training, and conflict resolution
- Ensure quality care for all residents and facilitate communication with their families
- Assure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Manage the operating budget
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
