What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a key role in leading the overall operations of our 81-bed facility, ensuring we deliver superior care and a vibrant quality of life for our residents. You’ll be responsible for managing financial planning, daily operations, and implementing strategic programs to enhance both resident care and staff well-being. Your leadership will guide a passionate team of professionals committed to excellence!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the long-term care facility, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that focus on both resident care and staff development.
- Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance to ensure operational success.
- Lead a dedicated team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Partner with our exceptional Director of Nursing to elevate the clinical care provided to our residents.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Wisconsin.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting.
- Deep knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care facilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
