The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations to include Operations, Clinical, HR functions, Training and Regulatory requirements, to name a few key areas. The candidate MUST HAVE A NURSING HOME LICENSE active in Oklahoma. The best candidate will have a proven track record in leading change and adjustments of a facility under the current operating environment of state and federal requirements.
The candidate MUST have:
- Nursing Home License that is active for OK
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1 - 8 years’ experience as a nursing home administrator
