Nursing Home Cook FT/PT - Humboldt House Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Humboldt House Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a Full-Time and Part-Time Cook. We are looking for someone with experience as a cook in the long term care field but are always open to training as well. 

Documents needed for hire:

1. Valid Photo ID

2. Social Security Card

3. Proof of Measles, Mumps, Rubella.
