Faculty members are primarily responsible for the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Faculty members facilitate and ensure student learning and mastery of course, program, and institutional learning outcomes as defined in the curriculum and course syllabi. Instructors are supported and supervised by the Academic Dean, Program Director and/or Campus Director.

Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum of a Master Degree with a major in Nursing for faculty
OR
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) and a plan approved by the Board for accomplishment of the master degree of nursing within three years of appointment to the faculty position.(For support faculty - Idaho RN
- BLS for Healthcare Providers
- Have evidence of nursing practice experience.
- Proof of Immunizations or titers
