The campus is comprised of a 240-bed nursing and rehabilitation care center; 296-bed not-for-profit community hospital and a 60,000 square foot medical office building. The RN supervisor is responsible for the safety and comfort of residents and the health and safety of employees while providing supervision for the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Administers nursing care to residents as needed/assigned
• Plans resident care utilizing the nursing process and individualizing the needs of each resident
• Initiates a teaching plan based on resident/family learning needs
• Performs required procedures with knowledge and skill
• Attends supervisory meetings as scheduled

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
