Nutrition Coordinator (SNF) - Orlando Health

Provides appropriate delivery of clinical nutrition service as assigned.

 Monitors all nutritional evaluations and treatments within professional scope of practice by providing quality nutritional services to all residents.
 Represents The Clinical Nutritional Department as part of the Interdisciplinary Care Team in making decisions for residents Plan of Care.
 Maintains effective relations and communication with staff members to achieve Clinical Nutritional goals.
 Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
 Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.

Education/Training
 Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree in Dietetic Technology and be an associate member of the American Dietetic Association or Certified Dietary Manager (including Certified Food Protection Professional) and be a member of the Dietary Managers Association.

Licensure/Certification
Maintains current license as Dietetic Technician (DTR) or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM, CFPP).
