The firm is seeking an Of Counsel with 7+ years of experience to join their Chambers ranked Structured Credit CLO practice in New York.
Candidates must have significant experience with collateralized loan obligations ("CLO") as well as other securitization transactions, asset-based lending transactions (bilateral and syndicated) and other sophisticated finance transactions.
Our Structured Credit CLO team advises leading international investment banks and asset managers in collateralized loan obligation transactions, cash, hybrid and synthetic collateralized debt obligations, and other asset-backed securities transactions.
Law firm experience and admission to the New York State bar is required. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $435,000 and a maximum of $450,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
