NYC Office of this Regional Law Firms seeks LITIGATION ATTORNEY with at least 6+ years of experience to handle commercial litigation matters including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and partnership disputes, among others.  Role will involved handling matters independently including taking and defending depositions; handling discovery; drafting motions and briefs; and overall daily case management. New York Bar admission required; New Jersey admission a plus.
