OB/GYN Hospitalist Program Director Needed in Southern California at CHG Healthcare

An OB program director opportunity is now available in beautiful southern California. The director of the program will oversees all the physicians at this location. It is about 90% clinical and 10% administrative. There is additional pay to cover the leadership responsibilities. The facility has well-equipped labor, delivery, and recovery suites. You will operate in a well-paced level II NICU. The hospital has in-house anesthesia coverage. Total hospital deliveries will average 322 a month. The incoming physician can expect 40 deliveries a month, but you will also have other patient encounters. The incoming physician has the option of working 12- or 24-hour shifts.
