Mercy Medical Group (MMG) is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join our multi-specialty group in Folsom, CA.
Highlights

- Incoming physician would be based out of Mercy Hospital of Folsom
- In house OB hospitalist program available for OB back up call
- Hospital does approximately 600-700 births/year
- Level I nursery with support from the Level lll NICU at Mercy San Juan Medical Center
- 50/50 mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Robotics available, though not required
- Shareholder track, competitive compensation with bonus potential, desirable benefits
- Option for additional income with hospitalist and back-up shifts at regional hospitals
- Compensation Range: $350,000 - $355,000 / Year

Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Procedures: Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
- Quality Improvement: Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.
- Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.
Qualifications
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
Pay Range
$168.26 - $175.48 /hour
