Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled contractor to provide database development support for the TSAPAY Oracle BI (TOBI) dashboard. This role will focus on managing user access, developing reports, and documenting processes for an estimated user base of approximately 150 users. The position is expected to require 20 hours of work per pay period.

Responsibilities:

• Manage user access for the TSAPAY Oracle BI (TOBI) dashboard.
• Develop and maintain reports to support user needs.
• Document processes and procedures related to database development and user management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance dashboard functionality.

Required Experience:

• Proficient in Oracle Reports.
• Strong Excel skills, including experience with macros and pivot tables.
• Extensive knowledge of database development.

Desired Experience:

• Experience as an Oracle BI Developer, including repositories, dashboards, reports, and user role management.
• Advanced SQL programming skills.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL Development.
• Familiarity with SQL*Plus.
