Responsibilities BI
Migrating code from Development, to Test and to Production environments.
Support Informatica 9.6/OBIEE 11g capacity planning and monitoring the infrastructure components, health check and take proactive steps
Responsible for installation, configuration and administering Informatica power center on Oracle and Linux like environments with Grid and High availability options
Guide project teams and provide technical direction and logical architecture for business intelligence solutions
Configuring, patching and upgrading of Oracle Core technology products Database, Application servers, Middleware and Security Management.
Cloning the Oracle BI and EBS Database and Applications.
Responding to technical requests from Application Development and Business Support.
Participate in on-call rotation schedule for after-hours support (24x7)
Working with Infrastructure Service teams to ensure storage, networking and servers support the Oracle EBS environments.
Information Technology seeks to a dedicated professional who is committed to exemplary customer service. Bachelors degree is required, preferably in Information Technology or equivalent experience. The successful candidate must possess excellent technical writing and oral communication skills. This individual must demonstrate the ability to exercise independent judgment, represent the organization in dealings with customers and vendors, and render sound business decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required. The candidate must have at least five of the nine below technical skills;
A minimum of 5 to 7 years Oracle DBA experience and in-depth understanding of Oracle Databases including current 10g/11g.
Experiences with Informatica, OBIEE,
Able to formulate detailed BI/DW solutions
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) 10g/11g.
Hands on experience on Oracle EBS shared application file systems, DR solutions like 10g/11g Data Guard.
Hands on experience with applications/tech stack/database upgrades, cloning, patching, and backups/recovery. This is for Oracle BI and Oracle EBS.
Good Understanding of Storage, Network, server technology, operating systems for optimal application performance.
Responsible for envisioning, shaping, designing and architecting data warehouse solution individually or with the project team to develop complex and business-critical BI/DW solutions
Hands on experience on configuration and maintenance of Oracle Identity Management Infrastructure and Single Sign On (SSO). Integration of SSO/OID with Oracle BI and Oracle E-Business Suite R12
Additional
Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Suite (formerly Hyperion Planning, Financial Management and Essbase) experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Job Scheduling tools such as UC4.
Knowledge of code migration tools such as Stat
Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business and technical teams as well as vendors and consultants
Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.X
Experience with Oracle ExaData and Exalogic
