OCC Licensed Construction Manager - Agriland FS

AGRILAND FS is looking for a well organized, business minded Construction Manager. This individual will lead a team for construction and maintenance of fuel storage and distribution of assets.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop construction specialists
• Coordinate the completion of work by team members and third-party vendors ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Track invoices and other documents for each project and ensures correct billing
• Responsible for ordering and delivery of equipment for energy construction projects

What we need from you:

• Must be an OCC Licensed Installer
• Strong leadership, organizational and record keeping skills
• Strong construction aptitude with construction leadership experience (prefer 5 years)
• Blueprint reading experience for a variety of construction projects
• Excellent math, computer, and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and make solid business decisions
