- Contact potential clients to introduce MainStreet Family Care's occupational medicine services and arrange meetings or presentations.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored healthcare solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and quotes that align with client needs and budgetary considerations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Follow up promptly on leads and inquiries to ensure timely progression through the sales pipeline.
- Participate in local community events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities to promote MainStreet Family Care services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the healthcare or occupational medicine sector.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to build rapport and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
