Job Purpose:

R&DE MCP seeks a temporaryOccupational Safety Specialist for the next 6 months.

Core Duties:

Conduct field investigationsencompassing health and safety concerns.

Execute field surveys andmaintain a robust field presence while working with contract vendors.

Provide mapping and buildingintrusion assessments.

Ensure project activitiesadhere to specific job requirements.

Participate in periodicmeetings to discuss project activities and safety concerns.

Prepare well-documentedwritten reports, correspondence, and communications.

Craft reports based on theinterpretation of data, observations, and current regulations and bestpractices.

Requirements:

This is the pay range thatRightSourcing (a part of Magnit) reasonably expects to pay someone for thisposition, however, as a supplier your expected pay range may vary and/orinclude certain benefits like:  Medical,Dental, Vision, 401K.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently sitting, performdesk-based computer tasks, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10pounds.

Frequently stand/walk,twist/bend/squat, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, use a telephone,lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 11-50 pounds.

Rarely kneel, crawl, climbladders, reach/work above shoulder, twist/bend/stoop/squat, grasp lightly/finemanipulation, grasp forcefully, write by hand, sort, and file paperwork orparts, operate foot and/or hand controls, carry, push, and pull objects thatweigh 40 pounds or more.

Ability to maintain a validnon-commercial California Driver\'s license.

Working Conditions:

Must wear personal protectiveequipment as defined/required by the specific job assignments.

Full time or part time: Fulltime

Number ofhoursper week:  40

Shift timing/schedule:  Day shift 8am-5pm. Occasional work at night
