YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As an Occupational Therapist, your mornings are spent preparing for therapy sessions, eagerly reviewing schedules and setting up for impactful interventions. Throughout the day, you conduct thorough evaluations, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. With your expert guidance, individuals with developmental disabilities embark on a journey towards independence and safety, fueled by your unwavering commitment to their progress. Collaborating closely with our healthcare team, you provide invaluable insights during team meetings and ensure meticulous record-keeping, including Medicaid grids and progress notes, to track and celebrate the strides our clients make.

WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST?

• A master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Valid MA licensure and NBCOT certification
• A valid driver's license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
